Tim has more than 20 years of experience as a title insurance professional and attorney in New York, Connecticut and the Supreme Court of the U.S. His skills and knowledge to handle complex real estate transactions across the country differentiate him from other title professionals. Tim is the Chief of Staff of NAIOP NYC Metro – the fastest growing chapter of NAIOP – which received the NAIOP Chapter of the Year award. He was recognized as NAIOP’s Chapter Executive of the Year for 2025.
